Our Lambertz gingerbread with 10% chocolate and icing can last for approx. 6 months when stored correctly (in a cool and dry place).

Ingredients: Sugar, wheat flour, glucose-fructose syrup, persipan (apricot kernels, sugar, inverted sugar syrup), candied orange peel (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), cocoa mass, cocoa butter, humectant: sorbitol; potato starch, whole egg powder, apricots, apple extract, figs, spices, baking agent: sodium bicarbonate; wheat starch, salt, acidifier: citric acid; emulsifier: soy lecithin; natural flavouring, thickener: gum arabic. May contain traces of nuts, sesame, peanuts, milk and lupins.
