Please always set your data out to the size of the printed or embroidered area, and place the motif within this area. Send us one file per print motif. Further information can be found in the data layout sheet below.

Please convert all text to paths, drag all background images and colours to the bleed edge, and finally remove all reference lines when using the templates.

Min. 300dpi as PDF with colour details in HKS or Pantone. Up to 12 different thread colours available per theme. The colour values used in the layout template are comparative values, and may differ slightly from the actual thread colours. Send us you data as a vector graphic, and do not use any graphic effects (e.g. gradients, colour screens, transparency, hard shadows, 3D effects etc.). Please convert all text into paths. Text should ideally be sans-serif, with a minimum font size of 6 mm. The general minimum line thickness is 2.8 pt or 1 mm. For production reasons, the textile dimensions may have a tolerance of +/- 5 %.

Please send the print data in the specified dimensions, and avoid any cutting lines/end-format borders. Please do not use form functions in your print data.

We shall not be liable for errors in printing due to any other type of file sent.
