Please always set your data out to the size of the printed or embroidered area, and place the motif within this area. Send us one file per print motif. Further information can be found in the data layout sheet below.

Please convert all text to paths, drag all background images and colours to the bleed edge, and finally remove all reference lines when using the templates.

At least 300dpi as PNG, TIFF, JPEG or PDF in the RGB colour space with 8-bit colour depth. Please do not use any spot colours or special colours, and always reduce your file to one layer. Make sure your print file supports transparency, if this is desired. The image size must match the dimensions of the entire printing area.
For production reasons, textile measures may vary by +/- 5%.

Please send the print data in the specified dimensions, and avoid any cutting lines/end-format borders. Please do not use form functions in your print data.

We shall not be liable for errors in printing due to any other type of file sent.
